determined by the laws of descent of the State of Illinois and files herewith the receipts therefor of the said widow and heirs, that is to say:

Mrs. Louisa Vandruff Passes
Away at Home in South
Rock Island
OLD BLACK HAWK RESIDENT
Mrs. Louisa Vandruff, one of the old residents of the county, died this morning at her home in South Rock Island of complications due to advanced age. She was born in Clyde, N. Y. and was 73 years of age Feb. 7. She had been a resident of this county for the past 60 years, during the greater part of which time she lived with her husband, the late Jacob Vandruff, near Milan. The latter passed away in 1880. There are 10 surviving children: Carl H., of Westland, Iowa; Lemual A., of Holbrook, Neb.; Oscar S., of Harvard, Neb.; Mrs. James L. Wynes, of South Rock Island; Edwin E., of York, Neb.; J. Arthur, of Milan; Mrs. Leven Barr, of West Plains, Mo.; Mrs. P. S. Merle, of Oakland, Cal.; Mrs. Elizabeth Bailey, of Sioux Falls, S. D., and Estelle M., of South Rock Island.
The funeral arrangements had not been completed this afternoon.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Louisa Vandruff was held at 2 o'clock today from the home of her daughter, Mrs. James L. Wynes, in South Rock Island. Rev. Smith, of the Milan Methodist church, officiated. The burial was made at Chippiannock cemetery.

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LOUISA H. VANDRUFF, DECEASED.
And now on this sixth day of May A.D. 1906, comes Fred Titterington, Administrator of said Estate and files herein his report of distribution of the funds in his hand according to the order for distribution entered in this Court on the twenty-ninth day of December A.D. 1905, and it appearing to the Court that all claims and demands against said estate have been fully satisfied and the costs of this Court fully paid, and that said Administrator has distributed to the respective heirs of said deceased all of the balance of the funds in his hands as per said order of distribution.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that said Fred Titterington Administrator as aforesaid, be and he is hereby discharged and the sureties on his official bond are discharged and released from all further liability herein, and said estate closed.
Done in open court this sixth day of May A.D. 1906.

Administrator herein and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid in full as have all costs of
Administration including the costs of this Court.
That said balance of $1129.03 in his hands should be distributed to the various heirs at law of the deceased who are as follows: - - C. H. Vandruff, L.A. Vandruff, Ella E. Wynes, Elizabeth M. Staley, Estelle M. Vandruff, Oscar Vandruff, Edward Vandruff, Anna Barr, Mattie Merle, and Jacob A. Vandruff, all her children and sole heirs at law.
That each of said children is entitled to 1/10 of said balance or $112.90.
The undersigned therefore respectfully prays that this Court will enter an order herein directing him to give such notice to said heirs of the filing of this report as to him may seem best, and of the date when said report will be by him approved unless objections to the approval of the same are filed herein, and that upon said date if no objections to the approval of this report are filed herein, that he will approve this report and enter an order herein directing him to distribute to each of said above named heirs his or her distributive share and that upon his filing receipts of said several heirs and their several distributive shares, the undersigned and his surety on his official bond may be discharged and relieved from all further liability herein. Services on Tuesday
Miss Elizabeth Staley, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1945, died Friday at the Nelson Nursing home east of Colorado Springs.
Miss Staley was born June 23, 1867 in Illinois. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Blunt Mortuary. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
Surviving are her brother, Arthur Staley of Moose Jaw, Canada; a sister, Miss Estelle Van Druff; two nephews, Vernon Van Druff and Lester Van Druff; and a niece, Mrs. Albert Cabaret, all of Colorado Springs.

Estelle M. Van Druff
Dies After Long Illness
Miss Estelle M. Van Druff, 2612 W. Cucharras St., died Tuesday night, following a long illness. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church.
Miss Van Druff was born in Illinois and came to Colorado Springs 14 years ago from Grand Junction, where she was a nurse. She is survived by three nephews, Vernon Van Druff, Lester Van Druff and Glenn Van Druff, and a niece, Mrs. Bert Cabaret, all of Colorado Springs, and several other nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Blount Mortuary. The Rev. J. Paul Morgan will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Elizabeth Staley Dies,
Services on Tuesday
Miss Elizabeth Staley, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1945, died Friday at the Nelson Nursing home east of Colorado Springs.
Miss Staley was born June 23, 1867 in Illinois. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Blunt Mortuary. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
Surviving are her brother, Arthur Staley of Moose Jaw, Canada; a sister, Miss Estelle Van Druff; two nephews, Vernon Van Druff and Lester Van Druff; and a niece, Mrs. Albert Cabaret, all of Colorado Springs.

Estelle M. Van Druff
Dies After Long Illness
Miss Estelle M. Van Druff, 2612 W. Cucharras St., died Tuesday night, following a long illness. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church.
Miss Van Druff was born in Illinois and came to Colorado Springs 14 years ago from Grand Junction, where she was a nurse. She is survived by three nephews, Vernon Van Druff, Lester Van Druff and Glenn Van Druff, and a niece, Mrs. Bert Cabaret, all of Colorado Springs, and several other nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Blount Mortuary. The Rev. J. Paul Morgan will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
