Instructions for Submitting Your Family Groupsheet
The chart below is made for a family of 10 children.
The charts will be listed under the "husband's" surname.
We hope that you will also submit a separate chart on the mother's family.
NOTE: If the mother's father is unknown, please list ONLY the surname in the "husband's" block.
If there is more than one spouse, please submit a Family Group Sheet for each.
COPY AND PASTE the following chart into an

- In the
subject please put Greene County Family Tree
- Put all SURNAMES in capital letters.
- DO NOT
include LIVING PERSONS on these charts. The chart will be deleted.
