Jack Antil
     Jack Antil, aged 79 years, died at his home in Deep Valley on Tuesday afternoon, March 8, 1938, at 4:30 o'clock of a heart ailment.  He had been in poor health for the past five years.
     The deceased was born at New Freeport, a son of Ison and Susan Pethtel Antil, deceased, and had spent all of his life in Greene County.  He was twice married, his first wife, Mrs. Angeline Kuhn Antil, died ten years ago while his second wife, Mrs. Ida Phillips Chaney Antil survives.  One son, Harvey C. Antil, of McDonald, survives along with two brothers and a half-sister, George B. Antil, of Burton; Peter Antil, of Everson, and Mrs. Josephine Rhome Lyon, of Fairmont, W. Va.  Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survives.
     Short funeral services will be held at the home Thursday afternoon with additional services in the Sand Hill Church of Christ, with the Rev. V. K. Betts, of Cameron, W. Va., officiating.  Interment will be in the Sand Hill Cemetery.
