In the name of God Amen, I Peter Yeager of _______ township, Greene County, State of Pennsylvania do hereby make my last will and Testament ___________________, that is to say firstly I desire that all the personal property in my estate be immediate sold after my decease and out of the monies received  all my Just debts and funeral expenses be paid.  Secondly after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Yeager _______ (half?) of all my land on the north side of Dunkard Creek for and during the rest of her natural life, and after her decease I give the same to my children hereafter ___________ and to be enjoyed by them forever.  Thirdly I give to my two sons Joseph and George the sum of Ten Dollars each to be paid out of the monies from the sale of my personal property.  Fourthly I give & bequeath unto my other three sons, Nicholas, Alexander & Peter all my land in manner & form following both Pennsylvania & Virginia (that is to say) all the land on the south side of Dunkard Creek to be divided equally in quantity & quality at the time of my son Peter arrives at the age of twenty-one years or as soon after as it may be convenient; also the balance of my land to be divided equally among the same at the death of my wife Mary.  Fifthly I give and bequeath unto my four Daughters, Elizabeth, Maryan, Catharine & Christene and Christene [sic] the sume of ten dollars each out of the monies arising from my personal property.  Sixthly I give and bequeath unto my newphew Joseph Morris the sum of five dollars to be paid when he arrives at the age of twenty years.  Seventhly I give and bequeath unto my four Daughters, Elizabeth, Maryan, Catharine & Christene all the balance of my estate after paying all my Debts & funeral expenses to be divided equally amongst them.  And lastly I do hereby constitute and Jacob Lantz and my son George Yeagger Executors of this my last Will & testament, In Witness whereof I Peter Yeager the Testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper and affixed my mark & seal this second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & forty two.
